Dentist

Dr Nick Mehta

BDS (Hons) · PGDip Implant Surgery (Loma Linda University) · Clinical Residency, Prosthodontics

Dr Nick Mehta graduated with the university medal from Manipal University in 2004. Together with his wife, Dr Radhika Bhatla, he took over Artarmon Dentists in 2013.

Nick is passionate about providing attentive dental care and takes great pride in listening to patient needs and managing dental anxiety. He has a particular interest in restoring smiles, having completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Implant Surgery from Loma Linda University and a clinical residency in Prosthodontics. Nick also spent two weeks completing advanced training in soft tissue grafting and hard tissue grafting protocols.

“Both courses have increased my knowledge and ignited my passion for implant work — a well-established solution for tooth and bone loss that has transformed many of our patients’ quality of life.”

Dr Radhika Bhatla

BDS (ADC SYD) · PGDip Digital Orthodontics · Platinum Invisalign Provider

Dr Radhika Bhatla joined Artarmon Dentists after beginning her career in Bowral and Camden, before moving to the community to start her family.

Radhika has a particular interest in endodontics, orthodontics, and children’s dentistry. She is an accredited Invisalign and ClearCorrect Provider and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics. She has also completed the Clear Ortho International Program master’s course, and her Platinum Invisalign status reflects her extensive experience with aligner therapy in general practice.

Radhika can also assess whether an oral device may be helpful for patients experiencing sleep-related concerns. Patients regularly comment on her gentle, reassuring approach. Outside the practice, Radhika loves travel and spending quality time with her family.

Dr John Woo

BDSc (Hons), University of Queensland · ADA Member

Dr John Woo completed his Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Queensland and enjoys all aspects of dentistry.

John ensures he stays current with contemporary clinical techniques and developments. He has undertaken further study in implant dentistry in the United States, returning with new knowledge and approaches to patient care. He is a member of the Australian Dental Association.

Understanding that visiting a dentist can feel stressful, John is committed to ensuring his patients feel at ease and well-informed throughout their care. Outside the practice, he enjoys soccer, hiking, and caring for his cats.

Dr Saransh Rola

BDSc, Charles Sturt University

Saransh graduated from Charles Sturt University and has broad experience treating patients of all ages across rural and regional NSW.

Saransh understands that attending a dental appointment can be uncomfortable for some patients and takes care to ensure everyone feels relaxed and understood. For him, dentistry is about more than teeth — it’s about the connection people feel with their own smile and the team that helps maintain it.

He regularly attends professional development to deepen his clinical knowledge and practical skills. Outside the clinic, Saransh enjoys tennis, following the NRL, and hiking.

Oral Health Therapist

Puja Sarker

BOH, University of Sydney (2014)

Since graduating from the University of Sydney in 2014, Puja has gained experience across both public and private practice, bringing a well-rounded perspective to her care.

Puja has a keen interest in periodontics — including gum health management for adults — and paediatric dentistry for restorative work. She strives to make children’s appointments engaging and memorable, creating a positive dental experience for younger patients.

Puja has also completed further study in myofunctional therapy, which complements the practice’s holistic approach to orthodontic treatment planning by considering airways. Outside work, Puja enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family and her beloved dog.

Oral Health Therapist

Jash Thakkar

BOH, University of Sydney · 10+ Years in Dentistry

Jash has graduated as an Oral Health Therapist with Full Adult Scope from The University of Sydney. He has a key interest in treating paediatric patients, educating about the role of oral health and providing effective hygiene techniques for a healthy smile. He also enjoys restorative and cosmetic dentistry.

Jash is passionate about creating a comfortable and positive experience for every patient, helping individuals of all ages feel confident in maintaining their oral health. He believes in delivering gentle, patient-centred care and takes pride in building long-lasting relationships with his patients through clear communication and personalised treatment approaches.

In his spare time, you can always find Jash running about the cricket ground or keeping active outdoors with friends and family.

Tanya Lee

BA Psychology, Macquarie University · 25+ Years Business Administration

A graduate of Macquarie University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Tanya brings over 25 years of experience in business administration to the practice.

Tanya’s responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, billing, and bookkeeping — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. She is equally committed to the patient experience, ensuring every visit is positive from the first point of contact to the moment they leave.

In her free time, Tanya is a passionate cook, often bringing treats in for the team. Her other interests include travel and reading.

Receptionsist

Veena Kaur

Client Relations · Luxury Hospitality Background

Veena is part of the front desk team and is responsible for overseeing the patient experience at Artarmon Dentists. She coordinates appointments and follows up with patients after their treatments to ensure they receive the highest level of care.

Veena also manages incoming and outgoing calls, assisting patients by answering their questions in depth and addressing their concerns about the treatments and services we offer. In her spare time, she enjoys nature walks and spending time outdoors. She also loves animals and would be delighted to see photos of your cats or dogs when you visit the practice.

Tina Archibold

Tina has been working in the dental industry for more than 10 years, dedicated to ensuring every patient feels well cared for and confident from the moment they first contact the practice.

Tina plays an important role across the front desk and treatment rooms and is well-positioned to help with most general dental enquiries. She is passionate about making every patient’s journey smooth and seamless. Tina speaks English and Mandarin fluently, with an intermediate understanding of Cantonese and Japanese.

Outside work she enjoys spending time with her three children and is a passionate cook, happy to recommend dishes or restaurants to her colleagues.

Senior Dental Assistant

Ye Seo Kim

Senior Dental Assistant · All-Rounder

Ye Seo is a dedicated all-round dental assistant working primarily alongside Dr Nick, assisting across implants, grafting, and complex prosthetic procedures.

You’re likely to see Ye Seo throughout the practice — whether helping at the front desk, supporting clinical staff, or assisting chairside with patients. She brings consistency and reliability to everything she does, ensuring a smooth experience for patients and clinicians alike.

Outside work, Ye Seo enjoys recording and uploading singing covers online and exploring Sydney’s restaurants and cafés — with a particular interest in Korean cuisine.

Daniela Aquino

Certificate III in Dental Assisting · 2nd Year

Daniela is a dedicated dental assistant in her second year, holding a Certificate III in Dental Assisting, with hands-on experience across a wide range of procedures.

Comfortable with laboratory work and increasingly confident clinically, Daniela works as a secondary assistant alongside Dr Nick and collaborates with the broader team. She is patient-focused and committed to making each visit as comfortable and reassuring as possible.

Outside the practice, Daniela channels her energy into amateur boxing — keeping her focused, active, and balanced.

My name is Yukti Goswami, and I have been working as a dental assistant for the past eight years.

I have a keen interest in surgical assisting and, I enjoy building connections with patients and supporting both clinicians and patients throughout their dental journey. Outside of work, I’m an outgoing person who loves reading, spending time with my cat, and being part of a positive and welcoming team environment.

Sienna is a caring and upbeat dental assistant with a natural ability to put patients at ease. She began her journey at the practice as a sterilisation nurse.

Sienna has since made impressive progress — now working closely with the oral health therapist, assisting dentists chairside, and taking on the role of practice lab technician. Always striving to do her best, she’s committed to learning and growing every day.

Outside work, Sienna enjoys spending time with friends and exploring new beaches around Sydney.
